Damaged or Incorrect Items
We take great care to ensure every order is packed correctly and meets our quality standards. However, if you receive an incorrect or faulty item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery so we can resolve the issue promptly.
Email us at orders@nomzy.co.nz with your order number and a photo of the item.
Order Changes & Cancellations
If you need to make changes to or cancel your order, please contact us within 24 hours of placing it.
We’ll always do our best to accommodate your request, but once your order has been processed or dispatched, changes may no longer be possible.

Refunds & Returns
Please choose your items carefully, as we do not offer refunds for change of mind.
If you’ve accidentally ordered the wrong item, contact us within 24 hours of placing your order, and we’ll do our best to help before your order is processed.
If your item arrives faulty or damaged, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery so we can arrange a replacement or refund where applicable.
