What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards, Apple Pay, and Google Pay.
Can cancel my order after it has been placed?
If you need to change or cancel your order, please contact us within 24 hours of placing your order. We will do our best to accommodate your request, but once the order has been processed, we may not be able to make changes.
When will I receive my products?
Once we receive your order we will start processing it within 24 hours and will be dispatched either the same day or next business day. We aim to have your order to your door within 3-5 business days.
Do you offer refunds?
Please choose your items carefully as we do not offer a refund for change of mind, if you have accidentally ordered the wrong items please email us within 24 hours of placing your order orders@nomzy.co.nz

What kind of stainless steel do you use?
We use food-grade 304 (18/8) stainless steel
What kind of silicone do you use?
We use 100% food-grade silicone
How do I care for the products?
Your items can all be cleaned in the dishwasher or by using warm soapy water and a soft sponge, for best results use a microfibre cloth to dry.
We recommend avoiding the use of any abrasive materials like steel wool to clean your items as this may cause scratches and damages to the surface.
Stainless steel cannot be put into the microwave
Do you offer a warranty?
We do our best to ensure that we send out non faulty products however on the rare occasion that we do accidentally send out a wrong or faulty item please contact us immediately by emailing orders@nomzy.co.nz
